Marketing Strategy Framework
Step 1: Introduction Meeting with the Client - After the client accepts the proposal, an introductory meeting will be arranged to introduce the client to the CMO. During this meeting, the CMO will schedule a marketing workshop.
Step 2: Marketing Workshop - The primary goal of this workshop is for the CMO to gather detailed company information from the client and their team. The workshop typically lasts 2-4 hours per strategy. In some cases, the client may require multiple strategies.
Step 3: Develop a Marketing Strategy - The CMO has up to 8 weeks to create a comprehensive marketing strategy, execution plan, and marketing budget. Throughout this period, at least three meetings will be held to present drafts for feedback. The marketing strategy covers a 24-month period and is built around the company’s core strategies, including brand and sales. We create a the marketing strategy on the client’s powerpoint or a blank powerpoint. Key components include:
Step 4: Implementation - The CMO implements the strategy of working with the service providers. Please refer to the list of responsibilities and role.
Step 5: Ongoing reporting and adjustments - The CMO implements the strategy of working with the service providers.
